On September 29, Sabrina Carpenter took over New York's iconic Madison Square Garden venue with her Short n’ Sweet tour. On stage, the singer was ready to surprise fans with plenty of beloved songs, outfit changes, spin-the-bottle games, and even one greatly-timed political joke.

While Carpenter was the main attraction, her fans managed to match the vibes by bringing out their best outfits to fill the streets of Manhattan in support of the “Nonsense" singer. Of course, most of the outfits fans rocked for the occasion were inspired by Carpenter in one way or another.

A lot of people decided to channel Carpenter's penchant for pastels, going for baby blue, baby pink, and even their own take on the singer's butter yellow nightgown from the actual show. Many others opted to honor the cover art for the Short n’ Sweet album, playing around with lip prints in all shapes and forms — some via stickers and decals and others with a little help from their significant other.

Some fans, like Nia, also got crafty, creating their concert looks — in this case, a pastel pink corset two-piece — from scratch and hand-sewing details aplenty, from a diamanté “SC” to a lacey leg garter. Others channeled looks inspired by “Shadows,” “Espresso,” the “Taste” music video, and even Carpenter's Sweet Tooth Cherry perfume! Truly, not a detail went amiss. In true Carpenter fashion, there were also plenty of platforms, bows, frills, and everything in between.

But why tell you when you can see it for yourself? Below, check out some of the showstopping fan outfits that Teen Vogue spotted outside of Sabrina Carpenter’s Madison Square Garden show.
